Email Coaching
Many people find that life for them is just moving “so fast” that they don’t have time to engage with a coach face-to-face or even over the phone, and are looking for a faster way of getting the support they want. For others, the typical way of accessing a Life Coach is typically beyond their budget, or there are other considerations which make it impractical or difficult.
We’ve developed our email coaching system to accommodate your reasons, whatever they are.
You start the process by reading the information on this site, including the terms and conditions. Then you select and purchase an email coaching package of one, three, six or ten sessions. Then, using your secure login ID and password, you submit your “coaching query” to us. To read some guidelines and helpful tips on how to get the most out of your query to us, click here.
Our Master Coach - Noel Posus (or another one of our askacoach certified coaches if Noel is not available) will respond to you within 48-72 hours. In that response you’ll get the following:
- Acknowledgement of your question and/or situation
- Questions to clarify the situation, or in other ways raise awareness to support you
- Alternate ways of looking at the situation if applicable
- Some models and tools to work through particular issues or questions
- Some options to consider for moving forward
We are committed to giving you as much information and resources as possible and appropriate for every coaching session. The askacoach.com coach will never tell you what course of action to take, or solve your situation for you. Instead, we provide you with information to assist you to make your own choices and put your own actions in place. If you feel you need more information or support before you’re comfortable making a choice or taking action, you can continue with another email coaching session, or if more appropriate, move to a live phone coaching session. And of course, you’re invited to continue to work with askacoach.com for your next goal!
