You start the process by reading the information on this site, including the Terms and Conditions. Then you select and purchase either an email or phone coaching package of just one session, or three, six or ten.

Then, using your secure login ID and password, you submit your “coaching query” to us. To read some guidelines and helpful tips on how to get the most out of your query to us, click here.

Whether the type of support you’re looking for is email or phone coaching, Master Coach - Noel Posus, will respond to you within 48 – 72 hours either with an email coaching response in full or to set up a phone coaching session with you. If Noel is not available for coaching you himself, he will provide suggestions and profiles of other askacoach.com coaches for you to consider working with at this time.

Every time you return to askacoach.com for more coaching, you login in and submit another coaching query using the credits you’ve already purchased, or you can top up your account. Then you submit your next coaching question.

We maintain case history notes in our secure system that only you and the askacoach.com coaches have access to. This makes it easy for which ever one of our coaches is working with you on your latest coaching session, they will be able to see the history of coaching we’ve done together, including your achievements along the way.

You can read your case history notes anytime by logging into the system using your account login and password, and you can move in between email and live coaching sessions to match your needs and budget at any time.
